Are these bags machine wash/dry? No instructions on item.

They will hold up better if you put them in a mesh bag if using washer. I just rinse or wash in sink and let it dry. Two bags from the ten are being used and have lasted me months.

How do you put the covers over the bags? Is there a video?

I did not look for video. How to apply. Place cover bag, hole on top side, next to body. Put the attached appliance into the hole. If it does not go in all the way, open the little pocket at the bottom of the cover and gently pull the bag down. For me, I then take a larger sized band aide to hold the bag to my skin so the appliance stays under cover. I like this Ostomy cover because the shower water does not beat directly on the appliance. East to remove when I take the band aide off. Some water may be at the top of the ostomy but not much. Wipe with a dry towel or wash cloth.
