If the hole on the bottom of the old chair leg has a diameter within the range of 1 3/4" to 1 15/16", these will fit.

They are plastic so I would think that you could drill a hole for the bolt as long as a washer and nut fits inside the plug. I would not trust it to be strong enough to be tapped and threaded without the washer and nut.

Easy to install 👌 I highly reccomend i and 19 posts and was able to install really quick had to use a piece of wood to tap them in but they went in east and nice snug . THE only thing I don't know how long they will last .
