Great product
These give me great boost. 30 mins after taking, the tingles start and I'm ready to go. I train for 45mins to an hour, after which the tingles are nearly gone. There are no other side effects

Capsules are typical capsule size in length and on the larger size in diameter
Per photos with review, bottle comes with paper seal over neck of tub that needs to be removed before first use but does not also have plastic seal around screw top lid. Also point of note is the lid is not a push down and turn safety lid but just a normal screw lid.Per photos the bottle I received has BBE of Nov 2025 which is 18 months from time or order – which is ok.Per photo of capsule next to a 1p coin the capsules are typical capsule size in length and on the larger size in diameter. I found them easy enough to swallow with a glass of water and that have no taste and after taking for 4 consecutive days have noticed no ill side effects.I feel at current selling price of £15 for 60 day (£0.25p per day) supply this offers good value.

Terrible side effect experienced
Suffered terrible side effects from taking this supplement - nausea and pins and needles and a feeling of skin crawling from every inch, head to toe starting 30 mins after taking the supplement and lasted for a good couple of hours. A goggle search does show this can be experienced and it's called 'paranesthesia', which is the main side effect. Won't be taking these again.
