I got this water flosser to replace one I had purchased a few years ago from that well known picky brand. I was never very happy with that one. This is so much better! It's rechargeable and It's very easy to separate the water tank. That makes cleaning it very easy. It also has a larger capacity. In fact, it's so easy to remove the tank that I fill it up that way instead of using the little door on the side. I also leave the two parts separate after flossing so they can dry out, which helps prevent bacteria from getting started. Not that that's a big problem anyway, as long as you clean it regularly.It comes with several different attachments, depending upon your needs and preference. And it's super easy to operate. Very easy to control the force of the water or switch it to a different pulse mode. About the only thing I had a slight issue with at first was that it was pretty easy to inadvertently turn it off. That was just an adjustment on my part to hold it a little bit differently, and once I got in the habit, it's not been a problem.After you buy it, you get an opportunity to extend the warranty. Considering the price, if it dies the day after the warranty expires, I won't be sad . . . I'll just get another one. But it seems well-designed and built and I'm confident I'll get many years of service out of it. I highly recommend it. I don't think you'll regret it.

I've had my old Water Pik water flosser for almost 10 years. Be extra careful with the strongest setting. It's extremely powerful, and if you're not used to using a water flosser, it'll make a mess and spray water everywhere until you get the hang of it. Be sure to start with the lowest setting and get used to using it.2. The strongest setting will drain ALL the water fairly fast. It's enough for me to floss my whole mouth, but for those using it for the first time, just take note of it.3. ALWAYS dry the flosser before storing it or recharging it! Unlike electric toothbrushes, these are charged using a USB-C cable, so it's NOT water-resistant.
