This has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! The side view makes a big statement since you can see it from the other room. The different colors are fun but we typically leave it on the normal orange flame with red embers and it’s beautiful! It is so relaxing, we sometimes just stare at it all evening! We have an open concept main floor and the heat still fills up the room making it very comfortable. Installation was very easy. We get compliments on it constantly! Would recommend to anyone!

I wanted to wait a bit prior to writing a review. This thing is beautiful and such a centerpiece in our living room. Everyone who comes over, they always look and comment how it has the glass on the sides.I would highly recommend this for every reason they claim

Over all decent electric fireplace. Historically I'm a purist and would have preferred a gas fireplace but became cost prohibitive. This unit made the project cost effective while giving a fairly genuine looking flame.A couple things I don't love, is the heater is louder than I would like.Second, the fireplace crackle sound is a little tinny so between the sound and the heater volume it's a dead give away that it's an electric fireplace.

This fireplace is a beautiful unit !!! Very elegant and looks so real even with sound. I bought the 43 inc first for confusing measurements but company was very diligent helping me with return and send me the new 50 inc. Just waiting for refund. Easy to work with seller. Highly recommend!!!

Good fireplace

The media could not be loaded. This turned out to be a beautiful addition to my home. Highly recommend, but you will need someone experienced to frame out and install it's not simple. The glass on the front is very heavy so I don't recommend hanging it. Also, the manual could be much better as the controls are hidden. And I have to call twice to figure out where they were. It does work with alexa, but I have not tried it much.
