Pan has holes in the bottom and does not hold a liquid in pan for flavors or moisturem.
Used to roast a small ham, did not realize that it did not retain any liquid for cooking. This resulted in the meat being dry and burned. Since I could not see any possible further use for the pan so we threw it in the trash and wasted the $20+ that I paid for the pan. Don’t waste money on this product.

This Roaster Is Different
The bottom of this roaster is full of holes. If your meat has any more than a small amount of fat you willhave grease everywhere. If you add liquid it will all come out the bottom. I found out the hard way. NOT recommended.
