Decent for the price point
Update: I have had a few issues with this steamer, but the company has been really great about sending repair parts to make it right!Finally got around to installing this in my shower. It heats up within five minutes and starts generating steam. Installation was straightforward. The only downside is that the controller has a weird haze behind it, making it difficult to see the temp and time. I think this is a manufacturing defect.

Compre la máquina y bueno como es de esperar algunas salen malas en esta ocasión me toco la suerte pero bueno eso no es culpa del proveedor.Al contactar a Amazon para ver lo que se podía hacer Amazon me respondió que nada. Una máquina cara cómo está y Amazon me dice NADA?Escribí una reseña y la compañía proveedora me contacto directamente. Déjenme decirles que aunque la máquina no funcionó talvez por que en la transportación no hubo el cuidado adecuado o talvez una falla técnica la cual siempre pasa, esta compañía si vale la pena. Me contactaron, me dieron las instrucciones, estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Creo que la calidad de servicio al cliente habla más que cualquier máquina. Recuerden que en cualquier equipo siempre hay fallas técnicas o defectuosas pero esta compañía tiene el servicio al cliente más eficaz y con mucha amabilidad. Cómo no disponía de tanto tiempo compré otra máquina aquí local… pero les comento que si volvería a comprar en esta compañía no por el producto si no por El EXCELENTE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE algo que muchas compañías deberían de aprender. Las respuestas de Amazon muchas veces no representan las compañías.. este fue el caso Amazon no representó en buena fe y forma a esta compañía.Estoy muy satisfecho con la calidad de servicio al cliente que está compañía posee y espero pronto poder comprar otros productos que ellos ofrecen.

Leaked inside, water damage
It doesn't work anymore. I used it a few times and then it leaked and got some water damage. It was nice while it worked. I spent good money on this. I only had it for two months. Disappointed but I need to be reimbursed this messed up my work and income.
