I was very happy with this reformer because I was a bit worried about the quality buying without testing. The setup did take about 2 hours and although the instructions are clear it would be better with actual pictures rather than drawings. It was worth the time to put it together because I got to see how well it is made and designed well too. The carriage is very smooth and that is the most important aspect of a reformer. This is very sturdy and I weigh 160 pounds this could very well take a person over 200 or 250 pounds easily. All of the equipment that comes with this reformer are quality and sturdy. This machine is perfect for the home gym and I think will be used for many years.

Great quality at a great price point. Could have spent more but for what??? Nice heavy solid construction, a perfectly smooth carriage glide. Even arrived more quickly than expected. Very helpful to have a second person for assembly- especially for sliding the bed on the base - but otherwise easy for one person to assemble. Like the other reviews say - it’s heavy. Nice & stable when you’re using it. Hand straps are double loop but not heavily padded. They are attached by a loop that figure 8s through a loop at the end of the ropes. So you if you want to upgrade them you’ll need a couple of carabiners. The only design flaw I found is that the shoulder pads are set a bit too far back which shortens the usability of the head rest. This is problematic if you have a long neck. It would be nice if the installed plates offered additional hole options forward & back. That said, they do have an extra width setting if you are a bigger person. Very happy with this purchase!

This reformer is surprisingly good for the price. It’s sturdy and functional. One of the wheels kind of sticks so it makes a lot of noise when that happens but I think I just need to grease it a little. The one thing I don’t love is how the ropes are secured in place. If I pulled hard enough I could probably pull it out. It’s heavy so it’s very hard to put away and requires two people. The design is good and like a traditional reformer. The attachments are solid as well. It’s comfortable for the most part, wish the padding for the bar was a little thicker. Overall, good machine for the price!

I really love this reformer. I don't feel it's wobbly or unstable at all and I'm 200 pounds. It looks and feels really nice, like a more expensive reformer. I did have one minor thing. One of the red springs was a little annoying. The red part kept popping out of it. I was just living with it for a while because,whatever, I'll just pop it back in each time I have to. But then a few months after I bought it I messaged the seller and just asked if they had any suggestions. They promptly sent out a new red spring (even though it was way beyond the date any other company would support their product) and it was easy to install. I feel that they really stand behind their product so if you do have any issues and reach out with pictures they will do what they can to help.Update: another issue. Messaged company and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. I do wonder if any of the bad reviews because of something with the equipment even bothered to contact the seller because they have been very quick and willing to resolve any issues with the product even if it costs them money. It hasn't cost me anything at this point besides the original price of the product. This reformer is worth the price especially when you can really on this type of customer service if anything goes wrong. I don't think I can say that about almost anything else I've bought. Hopefully it out lasts the 2 year warranty.. but it's a really good reformer that isn't 4000 in the meantime. Those come with 10 year warranties so I think it's comparable support.

I’m so disappointed with the product. The material it was made of is so poor to the point it moves while exercising it’s also makes weird noise while exercising no matter how much I tie the screws. Also pieces came off few times even though I tie em so hard. Look for a better quality product.

Part of the wood frame cracked when we were unpacking it. My husband had to use a couple screws to secure it. It should be fine but not super pleased with the quality.
