The price seemed fair, their product listing doesn't have a ton of meaningless marketing fluff, and they share their 3rd party test results.I've been adding this to my coffee every morning for a out a month now, and I can notice a difference with and without it. Every day I drink the same one cup of coffee, and when I add this, my energy feels a bit more level and my focus lasts longer too.As for the flavor, its quite earthy as expected. It is a mineral tar afterall. I can taste it on my tongue after taking a sip of coffee and I kinda like it. It may be worth noting that I drink my coffee black. For those who add cream or sugar, it might mask the taste.The product is a thick and consistent tar, and my video is taken at room temperature. The little included spoon is handy and I use a scoop equaling about half a grain of rice each serving..If you're after a shilajit product I think this one is a solid pick. I'll be sticking with it.

You’d think all shilajit would be created equal.It's just a black, tarry, resin-like substance bleeding from the Earth high in the Himalayas, right?So then why are some brands so much better (or worse) than others?After 5+ years of personal experience, I can confidently say this is the REAL deal.I’ve tried countless other brands (including Purblack, which was an overpriced anxiety bomb). Most had a horrendous smell—a cross between a burnt cigar, an overheating Go-Kart engine, and a septic tank.Not only that, but most of the shilajit I've tired has caused side effects like tremors, palpitations, anxiety, and restlessness (maybe due to poor sourcing, fillers, or inadequate testing).Needless to say...If you're wondering why I keep buying more shilajit, it's because when it works, it's a life-changer.I suffer from debilitating fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue, and shilajit has helped me keep my stamina, mindset, and strength up just enough to live some semblance of life.Now about this particular brand:- It smells different (almost a "good" Earthy and less like engine oil)- It's thicker and less diluted- The color is dark brown vs. charred black like many of the others- It passes the burn test beautifully- Zero side-effects (for me or my girlfriend)- It's sourced in the Himalayas vs. Altai which is what you want- They say it's tested for aluminum and I don't know about you, but I'm good with thatThe one caveat is it's more expensive per gram.But in this case, you do get what you pay for.

I chose this shilajit over others due to the transparent test results. At first, I thought the smell was terrible…Like freshly poured asphalt. However it dissipated quickly and I love the taste! This product gives me energy and the appetite suppressant effects are very noticeable. I highly recommend this brand if you’re interested in trying shilajit.

This is very pure Shilajit and I can honestly say you can’t even taste it once it’s dissolved in your morning coffee. I take it daily as part of my routine as I know being consistent is an important part of any supplement routine. The cool thing about shilajit is that it’s a natural product and this brand is trusted to bring only the best product to its customers.Love the tiny little metal spoon that comes with! You get a bit of the sticky shilajit onto the tip of the spoon and rest the spoon on the rim of the glass. The warm water dissolves it perfectly!

I'm not knocking the quality of this product. It is well documented as to its purity and efficacy, however, I just canNOT take the smell of this product! It is so off-putting like an extremely strong ashy-tar smell and it tastes awful. For those of you with sensitive taste buds, I personally couldn't even dilute it in water OR coffee to make it taste better. I could still smell that strong odor. And when I open the jar I can't even breathe! I suppose there are great healing properties to this product but if you can't take the smell, how disciplined will you be to take it every day much less 1 TO 3 TIMES A DAY as the labelling on the jar promotes?? I will be finishing the jar, however because I don't want to waste this high quality product (I'll figure out a way to gulp it down! Ha-ha!) It is also very sticky/stringy and not easy to take out of the jar and one time I lost the spoon in my cup when I tried to remove it from my cup. The 'lip' on the spoon is not very long so be careful if you're making hot coffee. You don't want to start fishing the spoon out (like me!) if you accidentally drop it in your cup. I wish the lid of the product had a place where you could secure the spoon too as it's very tiny.
