Excellent organic mushroom coffee and blends very well with my heavy cream and hot water. The one Teaspoon mushroom coffee makes me a nice good size cup of coffee. Some of them tell you it's 30 servings but they're only using a teaspoon for a 5 ounce cup of coffee. Come on, let's face it, who drinks only a 5 ounce cup of coffee these days? So I've had to use double the amount in most of them which makes them only 15 days worth or less.
