Consistency is key
I was worried about this making my hair greasy so I started off by using it the night before hair wash days. Turns out it is actually non greasy and lightweight and using it daily really does make a difference. I've got some little baby hairs growing and overall my haor feels thicker. This is over a 3 month period that I've started to see change so it'd definitely one to be consistent with to see results.

Light & Effective Serum
The media could not be loaded. This 3 in 1 boost serum feels really great when you put it on. The results after it has been absorbed are kind of noticeable after the first use but you can definitely feel that it has made a difference to the skin. The serum is a little thinner than I expected since the instructions said to use a pea sized amount but it was a little too runny to be able to gauge that measurement. I’m excited to see what the results after a month of using it since my first impressions are fabulous.

No complaints.
The price tag seems fairly high for what it is, but the thickness of this gel means you really don't need to use much. The thickness reminds me of the lactic acid facial cleanser by Simple, if that means anything to anyone but me!It definitely smells better than Simple's lactic acid facial cleanser (which is also supposed to be fragrance-free, but smells like sweat); this has the faintest smell of plastic, which could be attributed to the bottle itself. Either way, it's not offensive in any way and no smell will linger on you after you rinse off.I appreciate the Avena Sativa ingredient as my skin seems to love this for some reason (thus I'm a religious Aveeno customer), and my netherbits are no different. I've had no reaction to the gel. Having a concentrated showerhead setting helps get the outside stuff off, but just be sure not to blast it up inside you. (External use only.)Given its consistency I suspect this bottle will last a while.

I may have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients, hence neutral rating from me
I like to use a separate intimate wash, and have been using one made by Faith in Nature for many years. I was really disappointed that they stopped making it recently, so I've been on the lookout for a decent replacement. This Balancing intimate wash comes in a tube, is fragrance free, PH balanced, and soap free. Some of the more recognisable ingredients it contains are aloe vera, organic oat milk, glycerin, citric acid and prebiotics.I found the texture to be incredibly thick, which makes it cling to the skin, and takes a fair bit of rinsing to fully remove it. I did notice some irritation when I used it, on one side along the line where the top of my leg meets my groin. I'm not entirely sure if this was caused by this product, or my knicker elastic rubbing, but it's not something I usually suffer with. Maybe I didn’t lather it up enough with water before washing with it, or didn't manage to fully rinse it all off. It was quite sore, red and itchy though.I will wait for the area to fully calm down, then try again. I will update my review accordingly if it’s better next time I try it. For now, I’m giving it a neutral 3 stars due to the high cost, and the fact that I may have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients.

Lovely cream to apply
This creme-gel moisturiser is used by my wife and she was particularly keen to try this one as it contains collagen and ceramides. The cream is very easy to apply from the tub. It goes on very easily and absorbs into the skin fairly quickly. My wife particularly liked the cooling effect as it was being applied. There are no sticky after effects of use and the skin feels very soft and smooth afterwards so she likes to use it night-time too.My wife is happy that the longer term effects of using the cream look positive thus far and will consider repurchasing when this 200ml tub needs replenished.

Pleasant to use
As one of the many women who longingly remember their thick luscious hair, while styling their now much thinner hair, I was happy to try this Serum. It says it is cruelty free which I assume means it has not been tested on animals and not that it is not cruel for me to use?It is not a large bottle 30 ml but you do not seem to need much You get a dropper on the lid of the bottle which is attached to a pipette inside. The list of ingredients, is incredibly long and some of them I would expect in food and not hair serum. This product is not completely natural and I cannot be sure that some of the ingredients would be cruelty free. The smell is fresh but not overpowering and I did not notice it after a few minutes. I applied the serum to the roots of my hair and scalp, paying particular attention to the area that seems thinnest and massaged it into my scalp. I then left it in overnight before washing my hair in the morning. It did not make my scalp itch and did not irritate it at all. I have been using it for a while and think there is a bit more volume than there was, but this may just be wishful thinking and it will need at least a couple of months use to see if there is any new hair growth. At £20.00, it is not a cheep item, but it does seem to go a long way.

A gentle, effective solution to intimate care during menopause
I recently tried The Solution Menopause Balancing Intimate Hygiene Wash, and I’ve been really pleased with the results. As someone going through menopause, finding a gentle, effective product that addresses my specific needs has been a priority, and this feminine wash has quickly become a staple in my routine. One of the things I appreciate most about this wash is that it’s 100% soap-free. It cleanses without stripping the skin of its natural moisture, which is especially important during menopause when the skin can become more sensitive and prone to dryness. The wash has a light, pleasant scent that’s not overpowering, and it leaves me feeling fresh and comfortable throughout the day.The 150ml bottle is a good size, providing enough product to last for a while, yet it’s still compact enough to travel with if needed. The packaging is simple and discreet, which I appreciate.

Irritating...
I've used this once and am sore and in pain. It's the only thing that's changed so must be the wash. Will not be using again
