Once you learn it, you will love it. Excellent customer service.
I didn't like this device at first.1. First, mine didn't come with instructions so I had to go online to learn that joining the two earbuds together with the magnet shuts them off and turns them on. Once you get used to this, by the time you have the earbuds apart an in your ears, they are synced with your phone and you are good to go.2. Second, my first set had a loose connection in the left ear bud. At first I thought this had to do with the fact I drive with the right earbud out, so I can listen to my partner while I drive, but with time, it became clear the static occurred every time the car went over a bump. I returned the phone and received a new one within 3 days. This one came with tissue wrapping and a label and a bottom to the headset tray, and in that there were 2 different sets of soft cones and the instructions. I am writing this before I wear the second set, but the fact I wanted to get a replacement and not a refund should be a statement of how much I like this headset. I have 5 working headsets and have gone through at least that many over the past 15 years, as I wear them daily.3. The ENC- I like to garden while I talk with my family. There are times I use power tools so I tested this headset while running (all are electric powered) hammer drills with 1.5 qne 3" auger heads, 16" chainsaws, 7.25" circular saws, 1 gallon vacuum cleaners, and 40v augers with 8" dia bits. No one complained about the noise, and often didn't know I was running a tool. Without it, running tools can be very painful to the person on the other end.4. The volume is easy to adjust with the dial and having that infinite control is very pleasant. I didn't know how much I missed it.5. The ANC- Is fantastic. I have listed this last, but that is because I am comparing this set against 3 other ANC that I have. It is as good as my over the ear set, but allows me to wear safety glasses, a sun hat and over the ear sound protection. The only Con is the slightly Oblong earpiece. I am used to round. I now have some size choices, so I expect this will go away. Also I learned the oblong shape stayed in my ear better so I didn't have to insert it as deep, and that also cured the discomfort. So, again, I came to enjoy the light but secure fit, which I wasn't used to, and made me downgrade this when I first used it. The ENC is sooo important to me, that I put up with everything I didn't like long enough to find out whoever designed this knew more than I did, and this new design, once you get used to it, is a huge improvement over other headsets that I have used. The only downside is I listen to the headset for 12 hours straight so I like 100 hrs between charges, but these charge up in 10 minutes, really. So not a problem.

Brilliant - clear, great bass, great for calls, outstanding battery life.
I don't write a lot of reviews, but I had to for these. I needed neckband ear buds and have had good experiences with "Nothing" before, so I thought I give these a try. STUNNINGLY good: don't let their affordability worry you. And the batter lasts forever. Bass in abundance, but easily dialed back with the app if that's not your thing. ANC great and calls are crystal-clear. I'm not sure how the big names stay in business with options like this available.

True active noise cancelling with excellent sound quality and clean easy app
I was on the hunt for neck band earphones with active noise cancelling - tried and sent back two others that claimed to be noise cancelling but were not. Third time was the charm: these have excellent sound quality, true active noise cancelling with the option of transparency to admit ambient sound, and an easy to use app for both Android and iPhone. I installed the app on both my Android (Samsung S22+) and my iPad, and it works well on both. App screenshots attached. Build quality is also excellent, and I like the actual dial for volume. Also a nice feature: magnets on the outside of the buds that, when snapped together turn the earphones off, and when unsnapped turn them on. Very, very pleased with these.

Must buy for neckband enthusiast in North America -- but not without flaws
If you're into neck bands you should buy this. In America the major companies that served neckband enthusiasts have mostly stopped. They've either completely abandoned the market or they have some older products that they will probably be discontinuing shortly. So the idea that we can have something with multi point and USBC and active noise cancellation and transparency and a modern Bluetooth chip is worth it alone. With app support and from a company we've heard of no less. And the ANC is excellent the transparency is excellent. I found a fit to be great and the design to be perfectly possible and the price great. But there are some downsides.1) The rotating knob is a cool idea and can be pressed or spun but it's not the most ergonomic thing in the world. I wish it was lower on the device because you have to kind of flex your arm and a strange way and you can't really see what you're doing.2) The bass is too bloated and I say that even as a bass head. It is fixable with the EQ that they have available which is pretty limited but the treble or voice version is pretty good. You can also use custom and I would recommend turning the bass down a couple spots. Again I'm normally not someone that does this but even compared to other consumer facing products this is super bloated. The balanced and bass heavy ones are almost cartoonishly heavy on bass. That said3) flaw number three is that I couldn't get the firmware to update. Only had one change which was to optimize the balanced setting so everything still works fine. It would have been nice to hear them retune the balanced setting though because I did not like it out of the box. Hopefully this gets fixed I didn't get a support ticket but it hasn't been resolved after 2 days.So I'll give it four stars because obviously with the firmware not working and it not sounding great out of the box (easily fixed especially on Android with Poweramp or whatever) and the strange ergonomics... I mean I think we should reserve five for truly flawless products. All of that said it's kind of a miracle this thing exists. It's not actually officially supported in the US mind you so we can thank the Indian market where this stuff is still popular. But obviously it's easy to buy here for a reasonable price, 37 for Black Friday and 25 used if you want to go that route. There's not many tips just a couple extra so keep that in mind but I wouldn't worry about. If this isn't for you I would recommend trying to import some more Indian products like the OnePlus bullets wireless z ANC2 or the realme wireless buds 3 or something like thatBut I'm just super glad I have this. I'm still using my 1more dual driver anc pro and ausounds and flex. OnePlus bullets. But the batteries or the wear and tear is going to get them eventually here soon as they're all between 3 and 6 years old. My LG ToneFlex has already lost sound to the left ear. These things aren't meant to last forever but at least with the nothing neckband Pro we can restart the clock and get a a few more years. Frankly I might get another one down the road since there's no guarantee these things will be available in three or four years if we're all still around. In fact until this product was released I don't think it was actually possible for a neckband enthusiast to find a neck band with a modern Bluetooth chip that had all of the following features: multipoint, USBC, active noise cancellation, transparency mode and a chip that's at least as recent as like Bluetooth 5.1 or 5.2.Maybe the Beyerdynamic Big Byrd 2 AbC but that's been out of stock for 6 months at least.

Excellent
I needed a pair of headphones that can hang around my neck when I'm not using them for work. I like them. Sound great for the price. Good feature set. The knob is a cool touch. Good noise cancelling. Good battery. I love the nothing brand.
