I’m 44 and I am desperate to find things to help me through perimenopause. Day two of taking this product, I noticed my pregnant looking belly, completely disappeared back to my normal Pouch. I feel so amazing and back to my old self. I also felt like I could eat an entire cafeteria at work and I have no control over food the last few weeks. After taking this, I feel my appetite is now back to normal and in fact, I don’t crave to eat anymore. This has been an absolute lifesaver as I felt. I was losing control of myself. I’m going to continue taking this and also hit the gym. So grateful for this product. And for those that say it’s quite costly for the ingredients, I think this company makes hopefully a good quality products compared to others in the market. I also take the month for menopause, which is helping with my severe muscle aches from head to toe I feel less fatigue and more energy, taking that one as well.

I was feeling bloated everyday it was horrible , I don’t feel like that anymore and I don’t eat a lot I drink a lot of water helps with energy at work I’ve been loosing weight it’s really good I recommend it

Purchased estroven since I was suffering from hot flashes and insomnia. I tried this for 90 days but found better results with the weight management estroven. My energy level did increase but my hot flashes remained the same. I would recommend the other estrogen with multi- symptom use

It’s OK it didn’t do the trick for me as far as weight loss but it’s OK

So I typically don’t write reviews. But for this, however I feel that I need to. I’m about to turn 49. Perimenopause/menopause. I don’t really get hot flashes during the day, but the hot flashes at night are obscene. Pools of sweat, and I get zero sleep because of it. I’m not the best eater, but I’m not a horrible eater either. But I’ve put on a few pounds. (5-7lbs) in the past year and wanted a tiny bit of help to get it off. At first, I didn’t feel anything, the first week/2 weeks. Then I started gaining weight. I am approximately 27/28 days into taking these and I’ve put on a total of 13 pounds in the past two weeks! No change in diet and no change in exercise. Constantly bloated. And if my bloated isn’t bloated enough, as soon as I eat, I look like I’m pregnant! No change in energy, and in the last week and a half I’ve been more constipated than I have in the past year. And my cravings haven’t changed either. I’m done. I will never purchase this product again.

I’m only on my second day of taking these and so far it makes my tummy hurt more and giving me gas. I don’t think I want to continue taking them.
