It working for me
It works for me after a week things got a little better with my lungs see how it goes on a longer term but it did reduce the pain in my shoulders interestingly

Bought for my wife’s breathing problems, it came well packaged with the capsules 💊 easy to swallow, I think it will take a bit of time to see the results.

Do not buy it's probably just a dark reishi flavoured mushroom mix
I regularly buy a high quality brand which is quite pricey but very effective, so I wanted to test multiple other more reasonable brands - this is one of them.Tigers milk mushroom extract is a milky cream colour. These are dark and tasted mostly of reishi.How I can say this: I regularly use specific mushroom extracts and/or mushroom extract mixes every day, with breaks every month or two: lion's mane, tiger milk, reishi, cordyceps, shiitake, maitake, chaga, turkey tail and agaricus blazei.Also, the capsules were half empty (so you are swallowing air).Sorry - I do NOT recommend these.

Well Packaged 1 month supply
I have had few packs of this brand of Tiger Milk mushroom to help with lung function over the winter months, you get 1000mg per capsule, the capsule size is ok and there is no after taste, there is no nasty fillers and I have had no negative side effects, it is supposed to help keep mucus off the chest so I will continue to use it for the winter, it comes well packaged in a resealable foil pack and lasts a month.
