Inner thighs more powerful than ever
The squeezing of my inner thighs have inproved immensely. So powerful, my signature wrestling move has attained me a gold medal. Superhero strength. Be warned though, training with this aid had a tendency to embarrassing bodily noises.

Strong robust Pilates ring.
There are so many Pilates rings on the market that I was bewildered as to which one I should purchase. Eventually I bought the Beenax Pilates ring after much research and it does not disappoint. I bought the smaller ring and checked with my instructor before use. She confirmed the pressure and strength is very good and the price is reasonable for the quality of the product.
