It took my husband and son to put this together. The only thing I’ve heard my husband complain about was the directions not being cleared. I’ve used the machine and was shocked to how many work outs can be done. It’s definitely worth the price.

When installing noticed that the weight line was short so there is a gap between the top weight and the second weight. The small bar broke when I was trying out the machine bust me in the face busted my lips.

This came in 4 boxes, and I didn't get them all at once. I'm attaching a lot of photos to give an idea of how well it fits in a 10 1/2 x 11 1/2 room. I have it sitting on top of 1" thick tile gym mats. I am a 62 yr. old woman and put this together by myself (took me about 1/2 day). My advice is to use the step-by-step video instructions provided on Amazon along with the instruction manual. Super helpful! Although the tools provided are convenient, I broke out my own socket and wrenches which are easier on the hands and quicker. This is going to be perfect for me to rebuild/maintain muscle (important at my age). I would have given this product a 5 but there were a few cosmetic damages, and the seat pad feels a little cheap.

My daughter really wanted a gym membership. It is so expensive and I wouldn’t want to send her alone. We decided on this as something we could all use. The only complaint is that if the weights were turned around it would be easier to change them. Otherwise it is so easy to use and easy to switch between users. I love that each segment has its own pulley system so you aren’t having toto keep switching cables. It’s the first exercise machine we’ve bought and consistently used! It’s not a clothing rack and not collecting junk! That’s a win in my book!

Overall the product is good but a bit cheap. The instructions are somewhat straightforward and some pieces are marks while others not which might slow down the assembly process. Everything comes in 3 boxes. The size of the machine is not that large but the footprint and the amount space it takes up was more than I expected. It does have a variety of exercises but for some reason I still feel limit to a few because of the feel of equipment, it's underwhelming. The chain and other assortments are also on the cheap side but at least it comes along with the package. I am not sure what type of metal it is made of but it is somewhat sturdy however it is not a premium grade material, when you work out the whole machine does tend to wable a bit. Overall if you want a cheap all in one this is it but if you want a bit more quality this is not it and you will out grow it quickly.

Great machine for a great price. Well disigned and easy to assemble insteuctions and video.I have used it for two month now and feel and see the results, I am actualy working out rather than having excuses for not going to the gym, wich never worked for me.I am almost 70 and love the opportunity to work out at home, I highly recommend this total gym.

I ordered this product and received it within two weeks via UPS. They delivered three boxes, but I didn’t realize I was supposed to receive four until I started assembling it. By Step 2, I noticed the counterweights seemed insufficient. At that point, I paused the assembly and contacted Amazon through chat. They informed me that they would have to send an entire replacement order because it appeared I had only received three boxes instead of four.A few days later, I received the replacement order, but I rejected the entire shipment and only kept the missing counterweight box. I was relieved and resumed assembly from where I had left off. However, by Step 3, I realized another part—the “counterweights block” (the piece that goes on top of the counterweights)—was also missing.I emailed the manufacturer, as they don’t offer phone support, but I had to wait 24 hours for a response. Unfortunately, they couldn’t help because they said the issue was related to logistics. I was very disappointed with this product. Additionally, the instructions in the manual and the video were completely different, making assembly even more confusing.To make matters worse, I don’t think two packs of bolts are sufficient to assemble the numerous pulleys. In the end, I had to return this frustrating puzzle of a product.

This home gym is smooth, sturdy and nearly silent with most of the exercises. I love the "fly" arms which you don't see on many products at this price point.My only issues are two pulley bushings were missing. These hardware items come pre-installed on the frame tubes and are supposed to be held in place with zip ties for shipping. Well two of the zip ties came broken and two of these bushings were missing. I followed the instructions to contact Armac.... no response. Also, no way to contact anyone on the Amazon website. The only option is to return the whole thing which I'm not willing to do for two small pieces of hardware. Luckily, I had spare similar hardware from my old gym to make it work. A few of the square plastic frame trim pieces were also broken and could not be installed. I don't care much about that as it is essentially decorative and doesn't affect function.Bottom line is this is the best home gym I have ever purchased but just wish there was some after purchase support. Says it comes with a two year warranty but if there is no responsive support, is there a warranty at all?
