I did look up Mullein Leaf Extract before i agreed to take some for review and i've found it easy to administer under the tongue, rather than mix with water.I have a small selection of supplements i use in drop form, which i really like and it also offers a high absorbency as well, which is important to me.Whilst the flavour doesnt linger, it might not be to everyone's liking, but with the claimed benefit to help lungs and breathing, it's something i have found helpful and am using daily.I feel its effectiveness is not immediate, you do need to take it regularly for some time to see results.If you’re after a natural way to support your respiratory health, these mullein leaf drops are worth considering.Very easy to incorporate into a routine and the convenient sized bottle and dropper means it wont take up too much space and is handy enough to keep with you, for travelling purposes for example.Easy to follow instructions and clear labelling are the final points that i like about this product.Overall very happy

I have been using mullein for a few years and find it very beneficial. I usually drink it as a tea, but this is the first time I'm trying it in liquid form. I also take chlorophyll, so I found it convenient to have both combined into one tincture. This makes it easy to take without needing hot water.I expected the tincture to taste more plant-like, but it's actually quite palatable. Although I haven’t had many doses so far, mullein is excellent for reducing mucus and opening up the lungs, which helps make breathing easier - so I’m really looking forward to the benefits.

I have only been taking for about a week so can't comment too much on effectiveness yet.Mullien leaf extract is said to help with reducing phlem build-up in the lungs and keep airways clearer. I have asthma so was keen to try it.I have been taking two doses from the dropper directly behind my tongue. The taste isn't bad and tastes slightly sweet with a plant/medicinal hint and is fairly neutral. If added to other liquid/water or food you would barely notice it.The recommended two drops daily mean the bottle should last for 30 days which is quite good.Great value at the current price of £14.99. Overall - highly recommended! ;)

The plant compounds in mullein are known to have mucus-thinning properties, which leads to a fairly widely held belief that mullein can be beneficial for lung health.However, against that, the most potentially beneficial flavonoids in mullein are difficult for the human body to absorb and, as yet, there is no conclusive evidence regarding a positive effect on lung health.That said, mullein is also considered to be generally safe for most people to take, so if you feel it may be of benefit to you, then it could be worth trying.This particular product is easy to take - I simply add a couple of full droppers to some water, although you can place it directly under the tongue, if you prefer.It is still relatively early days and I couldn't say categorically that I have noticed a significant benefit - but nor have I experienced any adverse effects either.I hope you find these comments helpful.

Haven't been using product that long. They state with first use, there will be a slight cough and there was. I think I had a reaction at the start, stopped taking it for about 2 weeks and restarted again and there isn't an issue. So hopefully this will do as it say. The taste is extremely sweet.
