This review is for the “ Kriogor Loop Ear Plugs for Sleep Noise Reduction Soft Reusable Flexible Silicone Earplug for Hearing Protection,Snoring,Concert & Flight, 8-Pair 2-Type Ear Tips in S/L-NRR 28dB Noise Cancelling(Green)”I recently took these on to a very hot country to visit family, sadly, they’re up at the crack of Dawn and they don’t do quiet. So, hearing everyone clattering about at 6-7am, or worse, the neighbours coming round for their morning coffee and a gossip, is not conducive to a good night’s sleep.These ear plugs allowed me to block out most of the noise with my brain doing the rest of the work and enabled me to sleep without noise disturbances. They stayed in all night and morning until I was ready to take them out.I]When putting them in, I recommend you tug on the top of your ear with one hand then plug your ear to create a better seal. On the subject, you have a variety of different tips for different ear shapes and sizes so you should have no problem getting these to fit.Recommended.

These come with a multitude of different sizes and types from one layer plugs to three layers. Personally, only the small size fitted and they were the two layer type plug. By that I mean that the ear canal part has two levels in a conical shape. Doesn't really seem to make much difference to the single layer plugs, but all of them reduce the noise considerably.Edit:Comfortable at first, but became very uncomfortable after a few hours and I had to take them out. Not sure why, maybe the material, but I've been fine with a variety of other brands.
