It's well built, plenty fast, and at a great price.

Trash, rubbish, garbage...battery doesn't hold charge more than a day. Need to use plugged. The idea behind buying this laptop was the ability to continue to work while moving. Very disappointing.

Free of dents and no noticeable scratches to the screen or framework. Works great with all the right specs, awesome buy!

I am a fan of HP products as I've had multiple HP computers and printers and they are always the better option. This Lappy is an update from a Dell 2in1 and has much more speed and multi-processing power than the DELL. The Dell was a great little guy, but just got too slow after updates that it was just unusable. This fit the bill as a viable replacement and should have enough updateability and powerful processor to carry on a few more major windows updates without too much performance issues.

The media could not be loaded. I got this HP Elitebook yesterday and I love it so far! It’s in fantastic condition. I purchased this used in excellent condition and I can say it looked brand new. It only had 2 tiny spots that I don’t even notice. Setup was simple and didn’t take long. They send you a sheet of paper with setup instructions. NOTE: If it says the WiFi is off when setting up the laptop, press FN + airplane. This will turn off airplane mode.It features 2 USB C slots, 1 HDMI slot, 2 USB A slots and a headphone jack. There is another slot that says SC but I’m not sure what that means.I love the speakers on each side so you can actually hear the sound. The touch pad is responsive. The keyboard is spread apart eh oh is nice so you don’t press several buttons at once by mistake. The touchscreen is easy to use and responsive. I love that you can zoom in and out with your fingers.I purchased a screen extender which fits nicely on this laptop.I do recommend this!

The computer works, but loading pages and the overall performance is slow. I checked the RAM and CPU specifications, and it appears to meet them (Core i7, 32 GB RAM). But it is slower than my old computer, which I was hoping to replace with this one. Also, the charger does not work. I do not recommend this purchase.

I use this as a transportable computer. It is light and easily transportable. Plus, I love the storage and speed of this computer.

was very excited for my new laptop, but alas what a disappointment. Windows was not up to date on it "your version of windows has reached the end of service" with no options to update or fix it. Other install errors. First and only time I'll ever buy a laptop from Amazon. AVOID.Amazon customer service did try and help me with resetting it, ultimately it didn't work though. They offered full refund and return.
