Great salt, you only need a small amount. It's very flavorful. will buy again. The price is high do which they lower it a few dollars that would help a lot.

I love Celtic salt
I love Celtic salt.I would advise you to do your own research, but I take a grain of Celtic salt, allow it to dissolve on my tongue, then drink plenty of fresh water, and it hydrates me 100% for the next day. Its great stuff. You don't need but 1 grain. Tastes great.I have found that I have more energy and am fully hydrated for the next days activities. I do practice good hydration techniques. You still must drink water if you are staying active, no doubt, but for me, this helps me with cramps and of course hydration.
