I've used other posture correctors and this one isn't at all comfortable compared to the others. Number 1, there's no instructions and it came in a clear plastic bag. I had to go look at the photo on the Amazon listing to see how to wear it. Secondly, It's hard to get it on and even harder to take it off without help. It's got adjustable straps but if you have them tight enough to help your posture, it's extremely hard to get on and hurts to try to take it off. If its loose enough to get on, it's not tight enough to offer support. You need someone behind you to tighten it. OK, let's say you have help to tighten it. The 3rd thing I hate about this is how uncomfortable it is to wear it. I prefer the vest type that fastens in the front. I just can't stand to wear this one.

This was uncomfortable and did nothing to help my thoracic pain. Junk

My main issue is that the spine part rides up as you wear it, eventually poking you in the back of the neck.My second issue is that it seems to encourage not using your back muscles, and instead you end up relaxing the muscles you intended to train, because the straps do the work of those muscles.I also found that at the tightness that worked for my posture, it could sometimes cut off circulation to my arms. Not ideal.
