I bought this for my elderly mother who finds sleeping difficult. She is in a fully adjustable bed and often has to sleep with the bedhead vertical. Previously pillows slipped down and she was constantly adjusting them. This is higher and she says it is wonderful and she sleeps so much better. Thank you.

I bought these to replace a similar product from the White Company. They arrived fresh, crisp and clean with no smell. I can't say how delighted I was. They are very nice indeed and are of good quality :-)For anyone shopping around my advice is to buy these and absolutely not to buy from The White Company. The White Company ones smelt disgusting - like you would imagine really really dirty hair smells. They told me it was normal (hmmm?) and to air them on a warm day - did it all and yuck still disgusting. I sent them back and bought these instead.

The pillow had a really distinct smell of faeces when I opened it as the other reviews suggested. I aired it for a bit but the smell just got stronger and stronger. I tried to contact the seller for a replacement to which they told me it was 'normal' for feather pillows to smell initially. I've had feather pillows from 4 different high street brands, none of which had a foul smell at any point. I would not recommend this product at all and really terrible customer service. I had to return it (at my own cost I will add). Definitely look for an alternative elsewhere.

Arrived promptly and was well packaged. The actual product is a bit lacklustre. The filling is soft but there’s not enough of it, leaving a very sad looking cushion that doesn’t fill out the cover. There is also a strange smell to it. Not really worth the hassle of returning so will do for now.

It’s way too bulky, feels more like a beach ball than a soft pillow

I could not be more pleased with this cushion, it is everything l hoped it would be. It is very supportive and cushions your back when sitting up in bed watching tv, which is why l purchased it, l would not hesitate to recommend this product. All you have to do is plump it up and you are ready to go! No odour either.
