I'm going to start by saying the customer service was great. This was an expensive purchase and could have gone really wrong. When the sauna arrived it was in 4 HUGE boxes on a pallet. I didn't notice immediately, but only the next day when I had help, that the box with the glass was completely shattered. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent a replacement for that box. Then, since I had to pay someone to remove the damaged box, glass and all, they refunded me the amount. No problem, immediate. Now, I did have to pay someone to assemble it for me because my husband is disabled. So we did that, and had the power done properly by an electrician. We have enjoyed the sauna several times now! If you're worried because there's only 6 reviews, don't be!

I did far too much online research before buying this sauna. I bought it because it a) is 240V for quicker heating, b) has near, mid and far infrared rays (including near LED), c) is big but not too big, and d) is made for the outdoors. I also purchased the extended warranty, simply for peace of mind.This thing is substantial and well-made. We did have issues with the hardware, which is made of Jello. It should be torx head, not hex. Install carefully, with tool fully seated. Instructions are fine. The bench seat LED was also not working and I have an email in to the supplier for a replacement. Otherwise the design is excellent. Bluetooth requires pairing every time, but it's no problem at all and the door handle that holds an iPad is used every time. The sound is fine.FYI, I'm 6'1" and 270lbs. I fit with no problems, and my wife could join as well. I purchased this after spending hundreds at the local "Perspire" sauna chain. They use Sunlighten saunas (about $7-9k each), which are larger and frankly nicer. However, the 2-3 person size of this sauna 145 degrees is hotter than the larger Sunlighten sauna at 150 degrees.Our family loves the sauna and it's used almost daily.

Great product, heats up quickly, lights and sounds great! So far I am very happy with it.

The package is large, and although the installation steps are quite simple, carrying it still takes some effort. At least 2-3 people are needed.

Some accessories were damaged during transportation, and the seller quickly provided a solution, which was a good service. We are also very satisfied with the product after installation. It is worth buying. Our whole family likes this sauna room very much.
