The cycle itself is good and arrived far ahead of time.It was handled little roughly and there are minor scratches on the frame. I don't mind it and I don't think it's in the sellers control.The front wheel hub was little too wide for the fork and had to be hammered in.The foam handle bar cover for one side below the brake lever was missing but again this is not the sellers fault as the seat, reflectors, seat post and pedals were in a sealed bag from Hero and it's a miss for the company.Overall it's an excellent cycle and there is a reason that it's been in production for decades .

I bought this cycle for the following reasons:- Looked good- Real cheap priceI dislike and would not recommend this cycle to anyone for the following reasons:- Assembling it is a huge task. Unless you're a mechanic, do not waste your energy thinking you can do it. A mechanic charged me Rs50 for completing the assembly. He said for Rs 200 he would do the entire thing.- Chain broke after riding it within the first 200 metres.- Not for those who don't like to bend their back to hold the handle. I inverted my handle upwards.- After three rides, the brake pads have already worn off completely and if not for a clear road, i might have had a terrible accident.The brake wires also loosen after every ride in spite of tightening after every ride.- The seat is very very hard, narrow and uncomfortable.To summarise, totally not worth it. There are better options in the market for a little more.Tip: Buy a cycle which you do not have to assemble. i.e. from a shop around you.

Fiting is not good, material quality not good . Chain is break always.Not good comparing price. 5000/- is enough

There are no assembling guidance or tool available.Side stand is in center which hit to pedal every time when riding cycal . I have to remove it purchace new side stand.Delivery time took almost 13 days.

:Hi, thanks for the faster delivery of the cycle.Cycle is very nice and meets my expectations.But , i would like to highlight the packaging was terrible and no protection was present which resulted the delivered cycle has many dents, physical deformation and scratches. The wheel was totally deformed.Cycle height is appropriate for me height 6'2" … but i sont feel its suitable for shorter than me.

The quality was good but it had some minor flaws in the product which can be corrected overall the cycle was good

great product, competative pricing. except for the unavailability of the parts plus they have not send us any range to fix the cycle. had to get the help of local cycle machanic.
