A great shampoo but miserable bottling
Had used the shampoo and it came with a defective pump, however used it as the shampoo was really great for my hair type.Dispensing the shampoo was very tedious as it did not function properly. Bought another bottle thinking that it was a one off issue but the second bottle came with a batch that was 3 months apart but the dispenser was the same.Can’t imagine a premium cosmetic and toiletry brand has such poor packaging.

Not recommended
Not effective in hard water. Not recommended in terms of quality and softness even if normal water. Better shampoos in market. If oiled hair then it totally doesn't work to clean oil from scalp and hair.Only packaging is attractive.
