There's 60 capsules and they're recommend you consume two per day so this is a single month's supply. I think it's quite expensive at the time of review.There was no unpleasant smell or taste to worry about when swallowing them, but the capsules are reasonably large as powder containing ones often are. If you do have trouble swallowing larger capsules and tablets these might be an issue for you but I was fine with them, even though I've had trouble in the past.I haven't found any quality issues that would make me look elsewhere so price is the only thing that should put you off - and you may find these cheaper at the time of purchase than alternatives you can find in which case I don't believe you'll have any trouble with them.

These capsules are easy to use. First in the morning I am taking one capsule with big glass of water and didn’t find any irritation in my stomach though my stomach is very sensitive. Taste is fine.
