My four year old has been riding a bike with training wheels for years but I had my doubts about his balance when it comes time for no training wheels, so I looked into balance bikes. This bike was the right size and a pretty decent price compared to others out there. It was actually really easy to put together by myself also, which I was thrilled about. It seems to be made of solid material and quality. I read reviews so knew ahead of time that I would have to inflate the tires myself and I purchased a portable compressor to keep on hand. My son wanted to ride it right away, he was awkward and not entirely sure how to move on it, but we'll definitely keep practicing. I can say I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone.

This bike is well built and very sturdy. Super easy to setup took me less than 10 mins. My kid is 3 years old so we have to start working on his balance for his future big boy bike so this was a perfect way to do this.

Great bike, sturdy and went together easily.

I bought this bike to take to the preschool that I work at and share with my students. I assembled it myself in 20 minutes. The bike is very light and easy to carry around. Students on the playground have commented that 'your black bike is cool'.

I got all the pieces together easily until it came time to add the clamp to secure the seat. The clamp didn’t fit over the bike frame! I contacted customer support and never got a reply back!! My dad was able to stretch it out to fit… my kid really enjoys the bike, but there should be better quality control on the parts and customer service should get back with the customer!!I wanted to update my review after the founder of Bicystar, Mark, personally emailed me to let me know he was sorry and even gave a partial refund for the inconvenience. Customer service was top notch!Also if you’re having issues and looking for who to email, don’t go to the wrong website like I did. You’ll end up emailing the wrong email address. This is a 14 inch balance bike with no pedals. Designed for children ages 3-7. Looks just like a real bicycle. Easy to assemble. Helped my son learn to hold his balance while pushing the bike.
