The tea itself tastes great and works. The only downside is that the bags holding the leaves are kind of cheap so you do get lots of leaves in your tea.

I received my day and night detox tea nicely packaged within 24 hrs. Both teas day and night I did not have to add anything to it. I did add lemon the first day I started it but I didn’t need to. The night tea I took first then in the morning the morning tea. I’m a coffee drinker so I must tell you I have the same pick up I have from drinking coffee just from drinking the morning tea. I slowed down from drinking coffee the first few days while drinking the tea and although the tea gave me an energy boost my body was still use to the caffeine and I had a slight headache for two days but all was manageable. I believe I lose weight my clothes are feeling bigger and it’s only a week in. Drink plenty of water and eat clean for best results. I’m satisfied and would recommend!

I followed the directions and did not lose a single pound and it barely helped with bloating - I drank these teas while also maintaining a healthy diet and not eating any processed foods or sugars. The only thing this product does is give you a little energy in the morning (from the green tea) and it made me poop a little more than usual. You can obtain the same results by buying a big pack of Lipton green tea, and drink that in the morning, and then buy Smooth Move and drink that every other night, and you'll save yourself some money. Also, the tea bags don't sink, they just float on the surface. Scam, waste of money, and doesn't do as promised. I finished my product to the very end hoping my results would change, and nothing changed. Too bad I can't get my money back!
