These are so cute and have the typical, chemical burlap smell all seem to have. We are using these outside so the smell isn't an issue. They cover tiny shrubs and plants perfectly.

Burlap bags were just what we were looking for. They made the perfect gift bag for baking and cooking gifts. We gifted jars of homemade cookie dry mix, bottle of olive oil, and wooden cooking spoons. We used red and green satin ribbon to tie the burlap bags once gift items were placed inside. The burlap gift bags looked pretty under our Christmas tree.

These are some really big burlap sacks!The burlap material is thick, but still breathable.They are heavy duty and do not rip easily.Upon opening, they had a heavy chemical smell and had to air out for a while.

My intention for these bags is that I would grow enough potatoes to fill several of them up. Let's just say that it was an unsuccessful attempt, but I have enjoyed storing store-bought potatoes in these bags. I've also taken these with me while foraging for mushrooms and other wild foods, they've come in handy for carrying other things, and to place more fragile things inside when packing a larger bag or suitcase.These bags did have a somewhat strong chemical odor when I received them, but after airing them out for several days, I don't notice a smell any longer.They can easily hold 7+ pounds of potatoes per bag, just to give you an idea of how large and durable they are.
