I love this headset and has redeemed me so far to buy razer headset again stay tuned!
So far I love this headset I use it in the evening while my daughter is asleep so I don't disturb my neighbors because I game and listen to music in the evening time. I had a bad time with my previous Razer headset but this one has redeemed me so far. I like that I have the option to connect it whichever way I need/want to instead of having to buy one with one function this one has all three, wired, USB dongle, and Bluetooth. The only thing I have had an issue with is it randomly disconnects from some of my services like Discord and while I am in a game while still on and having a battery, but I am not sure it's not some kind of interference that I have not ruled out as of yet. But the battery lasts a long time with constant 6-8 hours use and sounds amazing.

Worst headset I have ever owned
There is no way to turn off the voice that says the mic is muted. This defeats the purpose of using this headset when working from home. The wireless dongle drops the connection so I lose sound until I turn it off/on but that only brings the sound back for 5 seconds if that. There doesn't seem to be a way to control the chroma when in Bluetooth mode which is the only way I can get up and walk away from my desk with it at this point. Granted it works perfectly fine when connected via USB however if I wanted to have a wired connection I would have just bought it from the get go.TLDR: not a good wfh headset and dongle stopped working after 5ish months.

High quality!
Love it so far. Sound is nice and microphone works perfectly. Have some issues with it working in Bluetooth mode but usually just use it in wired mode. Love it!

Eh.
Great sound but only when it wants to work. And it keeps disconnecting very often at random. The audio only sounds best when it’s plugged in and charging. Otherwise it sounds super low/bad quality. Not sure why. But I wish I had gotten a different pair. Maybe the pair I got is defective. Not sure. Also the Bluetooth voice is pretty annoying when you have to hear it over and over and can’t turn that off. “Bluetooth disconnected. Pairing. Pairing. Pairing.” Like dear god please have mercy.

Solid Sound and Gorgeous Lighting
My ROG Deltas finally died due to a cable short, so this time I decided wireless is a must. Being the Razer fan that I am, they're the brand I went with. Tried the Barracuda X Chroma first, and they were awful, so back they went. Decided to spend a little more and get these Kraken V4s and so far I'm thinking I made a great choice for myself. Took a little bit of tweaking within the software to get it exactly where I wanted it, as well as some configuration within discord, as these show up as two devices in windows. But Razer provided great instructions and after that these things sound absolutely fantastic and the mic is very clear and clean. They shine most in single player games, as they're designed more for immersion than esports, though they also worked just fine in Call of Duty for a player of my skill. If you're looking for a headset for hardcore esports, this may not be for you, as footsteps and such can get drowned out by all the other background sounds, but if you're looking for a headset to enjoy single player experiences, or just a headset that has all around excellent sound, this is certainly one to consider. Also, the lighting is among the best I've ever seen on a headset, which I know most people don't care about, but I certainly do, and these are absolutely beautiful. All in all, I think these were certainly worth the money.

Great purchase
Got it for my husband for Christmas. He said they are the best headphones he's owned. I've bought a few cheaper ones before that seem fine but something tends to break or go out. He's been using this one non stop for a couple months and still loves it.I asked if my husband had anything to say about it:Great sound, fits perfect and the mic is so good that you don't have to pull it out of the headset.

Huge quality drop from previous Kraken model
I have been getting Razer Kraken headsets since 2017. I have had 3 models prior to this that I wore multiple hours daily. I bought this headset to replace the kraken headset I bought in 2020. The differences between the two headsets were like night and day.Headset build quality:The build was lighter, but also felt a lot more fragile. It felt cheaper overall. Parts that had been aluminum were now plastic. I enjoyed the heavier weight and sturdiness of the old kraken, so this was a major downside to me. I also noticed that external noise made its way through the ear cups .The old kraken had bulkier ear cups, but they had natural noise cancelling without any need for the "noise cancelling" software many headphones have these days.Comfort;I found the new headset less comfortable. It was too tight on my head and the headband did not have enough padding compared to older models.Sound:It sounded fine. It was less bassy than previous models. It let in a lot more external sound due to cheap ear cup build quality, which detracted from the overall sound experience.Microphone:In a Discord call with friends, they immediately noticed that I sounded "tinny and far away" before I even mentioned that I had gotten a new headset.

Disappointing. I have been a razer customer since 2015
arrived completely new out of the box. Noticed that the left ear is quieter than the right. I tried to see if it was a software or audio balancing issue. After the next day, the left ear was noticeably quieter, to the point that I could barely hear anything coming from it. This is extremely disappointing considering I own the first Kraken headphones, two Kraken Ultimates. I bought this in anticipation, only to receive disappointment, quality control of Razer equipment seems to have fallen more and more within the last couple of years, and it is a disappointing sight to see considering I love Razer products.
