Very good 15.
I had a blown 15 in a Behringer single 15 bass amp combo cabinet. I use it as an extension only. I bought the cab at a garage sale for $1 with the amplifier gone and a blown 15 but the cab is in perfect condition. Matches exactly my 12" Behringer 60 watt bass workstation amp. I added an extension jack to the 12" 60 watt model and run it at 4 ohm. This works great and more than doubles the stage sound of this very effective and flexible bass rig. I have $200 in the whole thing and it can gig. I have used this 15 with guitar and a 100 watt tube head also. Good sound no problems.

Works and Sounds Beautiful!
I used this speaker to replace a CARVIN MIcroBass 15" factory speaker that had detached itself from the cone. I called CARVIN for factory replacement and was told this Eminence was what they use. So far everything is sounding deep, punchy and crystal clear for ( BASS AMP ). Would buy again.

What's not to like?
A good choice if you're looking for sound quality and good specs and you're on a budget. Are there better speakers out there? Yep.... but considering the cost, these babies will kick out decent low end and lower mids - excellent for 2 way PA cabs provided you don't hit them with a ton of kick drum or bass guitar. I would recommend these!

Forget this one, and forget American Musical Supply, too
I liked the specifications of this model and bought it through Amazon. Got it in, installed it, and...fart-fest. I purchased another one exactly the same as this and have had no problems with it.That one that works fine and sounds good enough. However, based on its merely adequate tone, next time I'm in the market for replacement drivers I'll likely head over to Ted Weber for them.Keep in mind that American Musical Supply, who actually fulfilled this order, does NOT take back opened speakers. And when you contact their support, they're more than happy to tell you in no uncertain terms that they won't, and will proceed to kick the can down the road by recommending you contact Eminence for warranty work directly. How anyone is supposed to know they got a bum speaker without opening the box and using the thing is beyond my comprehension. Them not backing up their products sold is inexcusable. So, I asked the AMS rep that question - how we're supposed to know we've got a bad speaker without opening it and using it. Now, keep in mind that within hours of my e-mail return request they responded I can't return it. But, when I asked how I'm supposed to know if I have a bad speaker without opening it, I never heard from the AMS rep again, not to this day. Therefore, I do NOT recommend either this model of Eminence driver, and ESPECIALLY DO NOT recommend American Musical Supply (AMS) for anything. Ever. Thanks to my membership with Amazon Prime, I was refunded not only the purchase price of this bum speaker, but also my return shipping cost to AMS.Never again.

Good buy for the Price!
Bought a pair of these to breathe some life back into an old dual 15 inch Bass cabinet, and I was instantly worried that these felt a lot lighter then the original speakers and wouldn’t for some reason pack a punch, but holy hell I was wrong nearly rattled my teeth out at the gig last night. These sound better then the original ones ever, did and cut the weight of the cabinet by 15-20 pounds. Will update later if anything changes but an excellent buy for the price!

just as advertised. thanks!
This speaker is of average quality in my opinion. It is not the best sounding, nor is it the most powerful in this class, but it was certainly an inexpensive replacement in a couple of average non-powered/passive PA speakers. They are fine considering the price, but are certainly not equivalent to the quality of many high-end PA cabinets.
