I never ever (like ever) leave reviews, but, going through perimenopause, restful sleep seems to be a thing of the past. I've tried so many different things (CBD oil, Nytol, melatonine, Valerian root, etc), but nothing made a real difference. I've been concerned with being able to safely take things longer term: Valerian Root and Nytol are not good for that. With these tablets I take 2 about half an hour before sleep and I fall asleep easily and sleep for much longer. Still wake up around 5.30 but that just seems to be my rhythm. Don't feel groggy and my sleep app tells me my sleep has been 'fair'. Probably could do with more deep sleep, but at least I sleep!

It is the second time I am buying the Nightcap Induce. I have been taking it together with my Omega 3 tablets and I really felt a big difference on my nights. I used to wake up few times during the night, moving from one side to another and after starting the supplement my nights are very good and restful. It helps me to relax and calm down before bed. For me it takes about 40 minutes after taking it to fall asleep. I really recommend the supplement for anyone who is having problems to sleep and also to control their anxiety.

Was looking forward to trying this product. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me. Tried it for a week. Waste of money

After reading reviews l purchased this product but it doesn't do anything forme

I’ve found that while I’m going off to sleep quite well, on numerous occasions now ( 4 nights) I’m awake during the night unable to get back to sleep. Hopefully they have other benefits over time but so far not working for me unfortunately.

I'm sleeping well, very relaxed... calm. I'm feeling more energetic, I'm very happy with the supplement. I rightly recommend it …
