Does this come with a US 110V cord?

The one I received was a European model and came with a 220V cord. Not a 110V. I had to return. Description is wrong.

Is this a class 4 POE?

As indicated in the Ubiquiti part number the adapter is rated at 24W (48V at 0.5A). Accordingly, this adapter is over Class 1 (15W) and less than Class 2 (30W). Make sure you get the correct voltage (24V or 48V) for your Ubiquiti POE device.

Does this work as a poe extender? especially pertaining to poe security cameras.

On some cameras it will work, but you need to make sure that the wattage of the camera does not exceed that of the POE adapter.
