Looks great with a black light. The balloons do smell but big ypunopen them up and let them sit in the garage a few days it helps.

Incomplete package
The products were incomplete.The ballons were not included

Cute
Balloons were great & the banner looked great with black light however stringing it to hang was annoying poolside deck. It would be better on a wall. Also the banner edges frayed easily
