I felt my muscles tightening so much more when using these. These work so easily and I found that they do best on my carpet/rugs than on my wood floors. The padding side is comfortable but firm so you don't hurt your palms and hands when pressing down but still keep the necessary traction. I actually LOVE these. There's really nothing bad about these.- Lightweight- Targets specific muscles- Multi-color choice- Ease of Use- Small and Thinner size for taking on the goThis would make for a nice gift too. Whether you're into a serious workout, casual exercise, or yoga (my preference), I highly recommend these be added to your regime. You couldn't go wrong with these because they definitely work.

Works great. I got the black pair on Amazon Resell “like new.” Little bit of a rounded base so it slides easily. Good grip on top for hands, heels, elbows, etc. I have smaller length but thick hands (size 12 ring) and I have plenty of room. Plastic seems durable. Slim item that is easily portable to take on vacation or on work trips. For some reason heel slides wreck my hamstrings. Good luck!

These are great for lower body and core exercises. They don’t work great on high-pile carpet for high-pile carpet I’d give 3 out of 5 stars. For other carpet 5 out 5. They are low cost, easy to use, and great for stretching/working out.

I purchased these to workout with at the gym but didn’t realize the type of flooring the gym had. It’s like a rubber mat which makes it hard for them to slide on. Other than that easy to use.

This product seems well made but only 7” in diameter. If you have a large foot size 8 or higher they need to be a larger diameter. A 12” diameter would work much better.

These work well on both my carpeted and wooden floors. However I prefer them on carpet. You can get a killer core workout with these and they are fairly priced. If you’re looking to save money some hefty duty paper plates will work well on carpet as well. For wooden floors you may need something similar to these.

So I’m an idiot and used these wrong like 10 times...so I was complaining about what junk they are and my husband pointed out I was using them incorrectly HAHA! Colored side goes on the floor and the gray side with logo is the surface your shoes should touch. Now that I’m issuing correctly I love them! They slide easily and my shoes grasp nicely to the logo side. Sorry it was my first time ever using this sort of thing.

Yeah, I was a little worried about buying the least expensive gliding discs available, but now I’m glad I took the chance. These compare really well with the much pricier discs used at the studio I teach at. Plus, these are reversible, so they work on both hardwood or carpeting.
