The one thing I'm disappointed with, is that it is not remotely water resistant as stated. I wasn't expecting to be able to swim in it, but certainly have a shower. Every time it falls off!Has provided adequate levels of nicotine though.

Adhesion is not good, but if you're determined to stop just use surgical tape. It keepa the patch securely seated so it does the job.I am now on 7mg and 2 months without a single drag, I feel much better, I have way more energy and don't get out of breath walking up a big hill never mind the stairs.Do it you will feel so much better in yourself, you will look better, smell better and most if all you will be rich lol - good luck x

This product is great, I finally quit for good!Smoker for more than 20 year, willing to quit but not to go through madness and kill my partner. These help me a lot with my mood and craving. When I decided to stop the patches as well, the level was then so low that was easy. Highly recommend for who wants to quit with some help

I purchased these from Amazon as they were the cheapest I could find. I just needed something to take the edge off of my cravings when I was working long shifts. They work great and definitely recommend. They stick very well and don’t even come off when I shower. Theyre clear so very discreet. 100% recommend this brand as they definitely help. I am now smoke free!
