Lovely and cosy
Was easily installed by a professional and fits well into fire surround, replacing a gas fire. I had problems getting the heater to come on and had to contact the seller. He couldn’t have been more helpful and once he had given me step by step instructions everything is working fine. Now I have a cosy fire to sit by. Even on a low heat it soon warms up my room which is quite large. It looks good and in my opinion is excellent value for the money. If the instruction booklet had been a bit clearer I would not have had any problems.

I received an apology for the delivery delay.... which was nice.Regarding the fire, it's a little misleading as it states it has a brass trim but the front grill section is actually brass effect plastic and the surround is actually made of brass.The fire seems to be well made and looks good in situ and the lighting effects are good.....so overall I'm quite pleased.... but maybe the wording in the description needs to be more accurate

Very pretty calming effect colours modern looking
Lovely looking fire which fits flush with the opening in wall and easy to connect but advise an electrical for safety.Very pretty colour changes once u learn how to set up and lovely and warm in the room.Happy with delivery serviceVery happy

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely beautiful fire for the money. I did have to contact the seller as the chrome surround had 2 tiny dents, the seller couldn't do enough for me, they sent a replacement part the very next day and arranged for the slightly damaged one to be collected, Absolutely fantastic customer service 😀I would definitely reccomend
