took 30-45 minutes to kick in but then lasted 4-5 hours
so here is a new brand to Amazon - but another that seems to have the magic ingredient from within the "herbal" mixture.we found that it got active after 30 minutes one time, and 45 another (but that was after a meal). It kept on for 4-5 hours, which was just what was wanted as it cerrainly speeds up recovery time after each exercise!The usual side effects occured - red face, a bit of a headache and some indegestion - but that seems to be expeced when you get an active tablet.Service was good - it came the day after being ordered in the usual anonymous Amazon cardbaord envelope.
