Ordered these to try another supplement and still need more time with them to see the benefits.My cholesterol levels have been more balanced but they were never too bad and I feel more energetic throughout the day although no sure if can be attributed to this. Additionally, the 1500mg complex per serving provides a potent dose that seems to be very effective.The bottle with 120 capsules is also great value for money, as it lasts a good amount of time before needing to reorder. So when my doctor mentioned that my cholesterol was a bit high I decided that I was going to give it a try as well.These Carlyle citrus bergamot capsules are easy to take. I've had no issues with upset stomach or any other side effects. My mother-in-law had tried a couple of different brands and she said one really upset her stomach, so I was pleased that this one did not. The daily recommended serving is three capsules a day, and the bottle has a months supply when taken as recommended. Its too soon to test my cholesterol again, but I'm really looking forward to finding out if it is lower. I will try to remember to post results when I do get tested. In any case the capsules contain other beneficial ingredients such as grape seed oil and black garlic, so I will continue to take them to improve my health.
