So far so good
Since the name brand 3M filters price went way up I figured I’d give this brand a shot. After 1 week the pressure is still good, same as 3M, and it’s filtering the sulfur taste from my water just like before. My last filter lasted 9 months, so it remains to be seen how long this one lasts.

BUYERS BEWARE
BUYERS BEWARE says 3m Aqua Pure compatible. as others noted seal issues. seal blew out after 30 days and dumped alot of water in my sealed crawl space. I do plumbing, I have learned my lesson not to cheap out!

Sealing issue
Installed yesterday and leaking today. Not only at where it connects to the base unit (put it in twice to ensure a tight fit but still a drop or two coming off) but more troubling at the housing unit on the filter itself. The seam where the two pieces are put together at manufacturing has water around it so not sure if that will entirely fail and cause a flood. Only buying 3M genuine replacements from now on. The price difference is worth the piece of mind knowing I won't have a complete failure.Bought this same exact model but from a different seller on Amazon (who is not currently selling it).

Similar/same as the Aqua-Pure brand name product and at a price that is much less.
