I find these to be the most reliable and helpful probiotics I have ever used.I did have to message amazon to make sure they are shipping them properly, because these are supposed to be refrigerated, but amazon was just shipping them in regular envelopes and not the foam cooler with ice packs. They have done this with multiple orders, so Amazon fix that!

I love that this supplement contains so many health benefits in one. The capsules are easy to consume. I’ve noticed I have a lot more energy through out the day and my mood has been more positive. I wish it had more strains and more CFUs
I love probiotics and liked the fact that these from Florajen include a prebiotic and digestive enzymes. I have been taking these as three separate things, so this could have simplified things for me, but I do wish that it contained a variety of strains and more CFU, especially at this price. I have ended up continuing to take another probiotic with this due to that fact.

Good for a healthy gut
I’ve been having less gut issues since incorporating these capsules into my daily routine. I love that it contains both prebiotics and probiotics to get rid of bad bacteria and keep the good bacteria for a better gut. Taking these has helped me with bloating and digestion. It’s good to know that these capsules can also be opened up and sprinkled into any cold foods or beverages if you have trouble swallowing pills. So far, so good and I will continue using!
