Absolutely cracking quality for the price . Very sturdy. Comes with a stainless steel strap which again is great quality along with rubber strap.It is a man's watch but who cares I like it , very impressed.

This is my second smartwatch. The first I bought in 2017. Even at £11 it was too expensive. I tried to find a use for it but failed. Needing to charge it once a day when it did nothing well made it a liability. Before even a single real world use the battery puffed up breaking the case so I binned it and was glad to do so.So 8 years later I've bought this C29 to see if these things are less of a joke. At just over twenty quid it's still in the "disposable but might be useful" category so I did not raise my expectations prematurely.I'm glad to say it's the complete opposite of my previous smartwatch.1. It looks half decent. It's metal, including one of the bracelets. It's big, but that makes the screen usable, and big watches are socially acceptable these days.2. It's comfortable. This surprised me, given its size and metal build.3. The battery life is days, not hours. So you can allow it to switch on the display when you turn your wrist to read the time. It's actually usable as a timepiece!!!4. The available watch faces are mostly mediocre (a few are very bad) but there are thankfully a handful that are good looking, clear to read, and show most of the info I'd like. "Cat sway" by Jenny deserves a special mention for being well laid out and nicely animated. Cute. I just wish there was an equally high quality option for us manly masculine men. (This is being sold as a "military watch" after all, though that shouldn't be taken at all seriously.)5. The speaker is quite loud, making it usable for making phone calls (via your smartphone) or playing music on. Also the alarm will easily wake you, unlike traditional watches. It vibrates strongly too, so you'll know it's alerting you even in noisy environments.6. It can show SMS texts and notifications from other apps. Some quick tests show that this is functional and a very useful feature.7. The heart rate measurement and blood pressure tests do work and give credible results, but I haven't checked whether they are accurate or merely rough indicators.8. The Sport button can be configured for various tasks. I have mine set so a single press instantly starts a one hour countdown timer. Very useful for a common task in my job. Pressing it again during the countdown period merely shows how much time is left, preventing accidental stoppages.9. There's a "find phone" feature. Use this, and if it is in Bluetooth range the phone will sound a loud alarm.10. Being linked to a phone, this effectively becomes a "radio controlled" watch with no need to ever adjust or change for daylight savings. I was considering buying one (at at least four times the price of this.) Now I don't need to.There's also other useful stuff like weather info, sleep tracker, pedometer and exercise related actions.My only concern at this time is that it uses a unique, magnetically attached charging cable. If that is lost or breaks, the phone becomes junk.Overall I'm very happy with this. If it lasts one year it will have earned its price.

I’m pleasantly surprised with this smartwatch in all honesty. It has a traditional looking face with buttons on the side, and at first glance it just looks like a trendy analogue watch, it’s quite subtle as a smartwatch, and it’s not immediately obvious. When you look into it though it’s a very good smartwatch and highly customisable. As someone who has owned Apple Watches Series 3-9, it’s quite a refreshing change, but obviously not quite as good.You can can add plenty of complications to the watch face such as weather, time (obviously) and battery percentage etc. You can track workouts, sleep, oxygen level, heart rate, steps and all that usual stuff you’d expect from a smartwatch.It’s quite large so definitely suited to bigger wrists, otherwise it would just look out of place. It feels super sturdy and seems to have decent build quality. It also feels quite rugged, so it should withstand being dropped or whacked off something a few times, but it obviously is not indestructible.All in all, this is a pretty decent smartwatch.★★★★☆ - Good
