Why suddenly stopped working? One of the reasons：The atomizer is blocked by foreign matter Please clean this area before using: 1. Add 3-5g baking soda to the tank 2. Add 200ml warm water and soak for 3-5 mins 3. Wipe down this area using soft brush or soft cloth till gets white Please always keep it clean :)

How do you turn it off?

you chose 1, 3, or six hrs. than it automatically turns off, otherwise just unplug it, or, go through the button push again, after the 5th push it should turn off

How can i order a replacement cord?

My best guess is to search for "diffuser replacement cord" here on Amazon. I just looked it up and found some options. I hope this helps!
