I have a good friend who is a Probiotic scientist who studies Probiotics for food. She suggested this as a superior brand and product. This is not one of her brands... I put it into my coffee in the morning and can confirm there is no difference in taste or texture. I have zero stomach upset and am extremely regular.

After getting my gut sample back from Ubiome, it was noted that I needed more of this type of gut bug. I had a little but needed more. The best way to get them is to feed them. If you don't know what you need then taking off the shelf gut bugs is rather silly. Imagine going to the zoo and seeing Zebra's in every exhibit. Well that's over the counter gut bugs, they are all the same and probably have plenty of them. So find out what you need and then GROW THEM YOURSELF BY FEEDING THEM WHAT THEY WANT. This product is affordable and you get a lot of XOS per scope. I mix it in my morning coffee everyday.

Nekter juice bar has this in one of their green juices and I was able to hunt this down and purchase this separately because this helped calm my inflammation immediately! If you're struggling with histamine issues give this a try!

I do a lot of juicing and I use this in one of the juices I make. It dissolves easily and it tasteless. Will definitely continue buying this brand.

SO unbelievably disappointed in this product! Why in the world would you use an Ingredient that can change your gut bacteria composition in a way that makes you more susceptible to disease and that suppress the growth of probiotics in your digestive system.... in an Prebiotic??? By adding Maltodextrin into this, you are doing the exact opposite of what you are trying to accomplish but supporting your GI track and immune system. Now I am stuck with this product I will not be consuming.

This product was recommended by our nutritionist. 3 stars are because the product has a flaw due to it is not filled to the top you take off seal and it’s less then half full. You think you are getting the full container or at least close to the top.

This prebiotic is easy to put into any drink and is virtually tasteless! I was pretty disappointed to see the jar half empty when I opened it.

Flavorless. Absorbs easily. Good for gut flora.
