What guage (sheet thickness) stainless is the prep top & bottom shelf?

This product is pure crap.All welds were rusty,edges were very sharp.Picture is very deceiving,it shows the lip along the back of the table but it's along the side.

Is there a way to increase the height?

If you don't use the wheels the feet on them increase some but the wheels make the table taller. If you want a taller table you might have to look at an bar style.

Manufacturer: do you offer 48" worktop with casters & 2 under shelves (depth & backsplash optional) or would it require casters ordered as add-on?

Do not buy this crappy table. Very very poor quality and dinged up. It's not the table u think it is.

How do you remove the white plastic covering the stainless steel table tops very hard to remove what’s up peeling it piece by piece

I had no trouble peeling the white plastic off, if it wasn't there the surface would be scratched
