Sleepy time.I had exerted a lot that day, so maybe that’s why I was so tired when I had one after dinner.Tasty and light, seemed to work well for its purposes.

Tastey alternative
My son has ADHD and we don't like to give him his meds everyday due to lack of appetite. We are always looking for alternatives to help him relax on those days. He loves the taste, its like a treat instead of "medicine" for him. They are magic but they help with fidgeting. Highly recommend.

Great purchase
Bought these for my grandson who is on the spectrum. My son says they work really well with calming him. He’s not bouncing and jumping around as much and being more attentive in school.

These are great
These are amazing. They taste good, my adhd child loves them and they do make a difference in mood. I personally take Ltheinine for stress so I like this being the main supplement here and we find it very effective. In my experience both with myself and child, it’s not super long lasting, but good to have right before something that is known to be stress inducing.
