WORKS BUT SIDE EFFECTS ARE TROUBLESOME
This product worked to cut down on painful abdominal gas, but after 2 days itgae me oral sores. After sores cleared up, I tried kennel tea instead of chewingraw kennel seeds. My tongue is starting to feel sore again so this is not a goodproduct for me. Next, I think I will try cumin water/tea. I found these homeremedies on YouTube.

A little goes a long way
These are very fresh fennel seeds, so a little goes a long way. Nice strong flavor which I enjoy in my homemade pasta sauce but I would recommend you use a little less than you normally would, and then taste because they are nice and fresh and strong I will definitely buy again
