Grafting seems recent may be not fully accept by plant.
The first thing I noticed is that the grafting on the plant seems to have been done very recently. It doesn’t look like the plant has fully accepted the graft yet. Also, the packaging was not ideal — the plant was tightly wrapped in a cardboard sheet, which caused it to get squeezed during delivery. To be honest, the survival chances of the plant I received seem to be around 30–40% due to the recent grafting and the stress from shipping. While the price is quite attractive, it does come with some risk.
