3 weeks of using it..It do seem as if it's working at all...but the burning sensation..I don't like..It burning when I go for walks and do squarts..When I go to sit down..it really heats up omggg

The burning feel is intense I wasn't expecting it to feel so hot. Not sure if it's supposed to feel this way but I have a cold towel on me now. There should be some kind of warning.
