This new valve was a breeze to install—no hassle at all! Replaced my old one in just a few minutes and already works way better. Saved me time and frustration.

Had an issue with it but customer service stepped up and made things right. Something that is missing now day's.

This work fine for several months, then the thermal valve stay open and hot water flows continuously into the cold side. I have used these valves before and never had this problem. I do not recommend buying this model

Purchased this to use with my circulation pump, it developed a leak, pin hole . ( unknown what from) it is of the same quality as all others sold, so it was not due to quality. Made contact with the seller whose customer service is above and beyond 5 stars quick prompt service and replaced the part. I would purchase again. Every seller on Amazon should have the same customer service. 👍

I tested it by turning off the cold side to see if the water would turn off once it goes from cold to hot. It slows it down a bit but does not shut off to turn off the hot water from going to the cold side. After installing the circulation pump, whenever it’s on all my cold side faucet's are HOT. When the pump is turned off they are warm and sometimes cold.

I had previously given a bad review as the valve was Installed and didn't work. Well, customer service reached out and has taken care of the problem. Every once in a while, a product goes bad...that's life. Its nice to have great customer service to rely upon! Thank you!

This is the second one I have purchased for two different houses. I had to purchase an additional sensor due to the lay out of the houses. The units have continued to perform flawlessly and provide instant hot water.
